What is the products warranty?

We offer 12 months warranty for cold plunge chiller and dropstict cold bath tubs. 6-12 months warranty for Air furnitures. 1-3 months for pool floats toys.

What is your payment methods?

We accept payment via T/T (Bank transfer), XTransfer, Western Union, and PayPal, and irrevocable L/C on sight is also acceptable.

How long is the production time?

7 working days for some sample products,
14 working days for most of the customized samples,
30 working days for bulk order at production off-peak period, 60 working days for production peak season
All goods will be inspected strictly before packing.

What is the shipping way?

20-30 days by sea to your nearest seaport,
3-5 days by air to your nearest airport,
3-5 days by express to your doorstep,
25-45 days by DDP sea shipping, to your doorstep, with all customs, cleared and tax paid, no need for any extra cost for Asia and the middle east area.

What kind of inflatables products you can provide?

As long as it’s an inflatable product or a foldable product, we can use our pvc to customize and manufacture it. Such as cold plunge tubs, Air sofa, air mattress for camping, cars, travel, toys for pool floats for kids& adults, basin for disables.

Is it possible to customize or OEM for special orders?

Yes. we support any OEM/ODM with your brand logo, which can help you promote your own brand.

What kind of material do you use?

The main material of pvc, some with compound oxford, nylon etc.

Do you provide installation service?

Yes, we do. But so far, the inflatable products are very easy to install, just inflate it directly, supper easy!
